Start making preparations so that you can attend Kamp Lone Pine in beautiful Central Alberta. It may seem like it's a long way off but there are plenty of things you should be working on to make sure that your Cadets won't miss this greatest of all cadeting adventures.
Check out the camporee requirements. There are merit badges to earn and a certification course to pass. And start working on fundraising for registration and travel expenses.
The site is located in the beautiful sweeping plains of Central Alberta. Alberta is a province with a diverse landscape and when you come to Kamp Lone Pine you will get to experience many of it's natural wonders. The Camporee host committee already has plans for an exciting day away in the magnificent mountains of Western Alberta.

Travel to Camp
If you are flying, the airport destination if you want to be picked up and transported to the camp site is Calgary. No pick-ups from Edmonton.

Cadets need to pass the Camporee Certification Course
Camporee committee will be transporting from Calgary airport, or if you're driving there will be an unloading area right at the campsite and an off-site parking area for your vehicle while at camp.
