Club Information
This club information form is a secure site. All information you submit can only be read by the corps office. Please fill in the spaces provided - the counselor name list beginning with the head counselor and then counselors - alphabetical order is preferred. When you have entered all your counselor information, scroll to the bottom. We ask you to verify that all the men on your list have been approved to serve as counselors by your church council. By filling in the space provided for the date (the date your church council approved the counselor list) you are confirming that your counselors are approved. If all information is correct, select the send button. A thank you screen will pop up if your list has been correctly submitted. Your counselor list (including phone numbers and email addresses) will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any organization or person outside the Cadet organization.
