The Cadet landmarks are the guideposts in the adventure called cadeting. The landmarks are something every Cadet must memorize and understand so that they will discover how the Lord is at work in their lives. They include understanding the meaning of the Cadet emblem and memorizing the verse, hymn, pledge, motto, and code.
Cadet EmblemThe three Cs in the center of the shield have special meaning. Not only do they represent The Calvinist Cadet Corps name … they form a cross. This reminds us of God's Son, Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins.
"If you love Me, you will keep My commandments."
John 14:15

Living for Jesus
Living for Jesus a life that is true, Striving to please Him in all that I do; Yielding allegiance, glad-hearted and free, This is the pathway of blessing for me. O Jesus, Lord and Savior, I give myself to Thee, For Thou, in Thy atonement, Didst give Thyself for me; I own no other Master, My heart shall be Thy throne; My life I give, henceforth to live, O Christ for Thee alone.
Thankful to God for His gifts to me, I pledge myself to be ready to serve
God,
my parents,
my country,
my church,
my neighbor,
and my Corps.
