Conference 22 in Ottawa

On Saturday, November 18, 2006, Ontario counselors were invited to the 22nd All Ontario Cadet Conference in Ottawa. Golden Triangle Council hosted the event and provided a fine line-up of workshops and activities. Taking advantage of the Ottawa setting, the host committee started the day by providing a tour of parliament.

Concerned about recruiting new counselors? — Interested in integrating boys from the community into your club? — Just want a few good hands-on projects to do with your boys? — At a loss as to teaching compass skills? — How can you work with the ADHD boys? Conference 22 had the answers. These were just a few of the topics that the afternoon workshops dealt with.
