A Sunday to Celebrate Cadets
Traditionally, Cadet Sunday is the last Sunday in the month of January and Cadet Week is the week leading up to that Sunday.
During Cadet Week your club is encouraged to get families involved through families visiting your club or fundraising events. On Cadet Sunday the boys of the club participate in a worship service.
This worship service is heavily influenced by that season’s theme.

Song Suggestions for Cadet Sunday 2022-2023
Below are some suggestions for songs (and the writer or artist) that fit this year’s theme. The list is broken into three sections – familiar songs that even young children may know, traditional songs/hymns, and contemporary songs.
There are many other songs that can help relay the message that God is AMAZING. Try to pick your church’s favorite.

Hymn
Living for Jesus
Living for Jesus a life that is true,
Striving to please Him in all that I do;
Yielding allegiance, glad-hearted and free,
This is the pathway of blessing for me.
O Jesus, Lord and Savior, I give myself to Thee,
For Thou, in Thy atonement, Didst give Thyself for me;
I own no other Master, My heart shall be Thy throne;
My life I give, henceforth to live, O Christ for Thee alone.
