You provide us information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address, phone number and church information when your Cadet club registers with us. Information is submitted if you register for our counselor pages or purchase items from the site.
You will be required to provide more detailed information if you are registering for one of our larger events such as a convention or camporee.
If you correspond with us by email we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.
If you submit credit card information on our site, we will only retain that information for as long as it takes for us to meet our card processing regulations. We do not store credit card information on our site for future orders.
Information you relay directly to our office staff (phone, email) may, by your request, be held in your file. This information is not available for you to use on our site.

Updating your information
Cadets recognizes that your information is just that, yours. If you wish to update the information we have on file for you please contact us.
If you no longer want to receive our emails or physical mailings, contact us to have your name removed from our distribution lists. Our mass emails have an unsubscribe feature at the bottom. Our physical mailings include an address, a phone number, and an email address that you can use to contact us.
