2020-2021 Club Registrations Due Soon

Hey, Head Counselors – your club registration materials are due October 15, 2020!

Remember to send your registration materials to the Corps Office as soon as possible (if you haven’t already). These materials were sent to you in your Fall Start-Up Packet. Remember that to be fully registered, you must turn in your:

• club registration fee ($50)
• signed club registration form
• signed counselor list

You will not be fully registered until you have sent in all three items.

It is important that you register your club!

Registering your club helps the Corps office know how many clubs and counselors there are, as well as how we can contact them and keep them connected. This, in turn, helps us more accurately manage our communications and inventory.

It’s also important to register your club because the number of registered clubs in your council affects the number of congressmen you can send to our annual Congress. Congressmen also each get a vote toward the next Corps President (see https://www.calvinistcadets.org/2020-ccc-presidential-candidates/), so your representation is especially important this year. Make sure your club is represented and that you have a voice at Congress.

Finally, registering your club is the only way to make sure you will have access to the many materials provided by the Corps. If your club becomes inactive, you will no longer be able to obtain these necessary resources.
