Spring Project – Stic-Tac-Toe
Follow these instructions (and the video) to make a tic-tac-toe game out of sticks!
Materials You’ll Need
- four long sticks
- eight twigs
- lace, twine, or cord
- four rocks
Tools You’ll Need
- scissors
Instructions (see video for details/example)
- Plan out your arrangement of larger sticks to make a tic-tac-toe grid
- Use square lashes to attach larger sticks to the tic-tac-toe grid
- Use diagonal lashes on the eight twigs to make four X’s
- Use rocks to make four O’s
Related Idea: Scale this idea up to bigger sticks/logs and/or use cadets as X’s and O’s!
