At the Calvinist Cadet Corps Office, we’re here to support you – club leaders, counselors, parents, and volunteers – in making your Cadet program the best it can be. But who’s behind the scenes helping make it all happen?
Let us introduce you to the 2025 Corps staff!
Steve – Executive Director
Steve oversees everything Cadet-related at the Corps. He edits Cadet publications, writes Bible lessons and newsletters, and develops content for Cadet Quest. He also dreams up new ideas for curriculum and merchandise, and explores ways to help Cadets grow in their faith and skills.

Sarah – Creative Director & Office Manager
Sarah leads major projects and manages daily operations at the Corps office. She designs printed materials, directs the visual style of Cadet Quest, and ensures resources stay current and useful. She works closely with Steve and the rest of the team to bring new ideas to life.

Trevor – Junior Designer & Video Producer
Trevor brings Cadets to life through visuals. He helps design materials, builds newsletters, and produces photos and videos for our website and social media. If you’ve seen a Cadet video recently, chances are Trevor made it happen.

Russ – Marketing & Promotions Coordinator
Russ manages our marketing and promotional efforts, from social media posts to website content. He creates tools to help clubs grow and reach new families, and he loves sharing your Cadet stories.

Becky – Office Administrator
Becky is our go-to for all things administrative. She handles accounts receivable, membership records, HR duties like payroll and benefits, and carefully proofreads Cadet materials.

Kim – Administrative Assistant
Kim is often the first friendly voice you hear when calling the office. She answers phones and emails, fills orders, proofreads content, and coordinates with Directors of Counselor Education and Congressmen (yes, really!). She also manages our annual Sporting Clay Shoot.

Jill is our shipping and production expert. She’s behind the scenes making sure your orders are packed and shipped efficiently, and she’s always ready to help with questions about deliveries or order status.
