2025 Fall Start-Up Packets
Attention Head Counselors – 2025 Fall Start-Up Packets have been mailed!
Inside, you’ll find lots of information to get your club started this fall.
If in doubt, refer to the 2025 Fall Start-Up Checklist included in the packet. It will provide you with directions on the included materials and instructions on how to use them. It also provides a handy reference of what you’ll need to send to the Corps office to get going with your club this fall.
Most of the information will be familiar to you if you’ve received a start-up packet before, but this year, there are a few things we wanted to highlight.
Registration
To be considered registered, your club will need to turn in the following:
- Club Registration Form
- Counselor List
- Registration Fee
All three parts of your registration are due to the Corps office by October 15, 2025, so be sure to take care of those as soon as possible.
Theme Materials
We’re thrilled about this year’s “STAND FIRM” theme – and we want you to catch the excitement, too! To help spread the word, we’ve made it easy to order extra (and larger) theme posters and bookmarks – perfect for sharing with cadets and counselors.
You can also stock up on “STAND FIRM” bulletin covers for your Cadet Sunday celebration.
Best of all, everything is available to order online – quick, simple, and ready to inspire.
Quest
Information on ordering Cadet Quest Counselor Editions is included; please order one for every counselor using the Quest for Bible lessons. Also, note that your Quest subscription will be renewed automatically. If you need to change your quantity, please notify the Corps office. Notice: We have updated our counselor editions for this year. If you are using ANY of the Quest lessons, make sure to order Item #4101- Quest Counselor Edition.
Counselor Polo Shirts
Again this year, we’re making a few polo shirts available exclusively for counselors. These are special orders and are not included in the Supply Catalog, so let your counselors know about – and order – them soon. Orders and payment are due by October 15. Cadet Sweatshirts (for everyone)
This year, we’re rolling out a fresh line of sweatshirts – including a cozy quarter-zip pullover and a couple of sharp hoodie designs! The only way to snag yours is by using the order form in your startup packet, so don’t wait – orders close November 1. And here’s the best part: they’re for everyone – not just counselors or cadets. Feel free to make copies of the form and send it home with your cadets and counselors.
Promoting Camporee
You’ll also find a variety of materials to promote the 2026 Cadet International Camporee – Kamp Longview, including:
- a poster that we suggest you display prominently in your church or club room
- an information sheet for counselors that will help them get ready for Kamp Longview (make copies of it if you need more and give to every counselor)
- a letter that you can copy and send to parents of cadets who are eligible for the 2025 Cadet International Camporee
